Milk Experiment

CHILLY MILK EXPERIMENT:

PURPOSE:   TO OBSERVE AND RECORD THE CHANGES WHEN DIFFERENT MILK IS PUT IN THE FREEZER.

WHAT YOU NEED: a selection of 3 different type of milk
clear container

WHAT TO DO: Put  an equal volume of each type of milk in a clear container
Place each container in the freezer
Record what happens to each type of milk as it freezes.  Note its colour, texture and shape.
Record the time it takes to each variety to freeze.

Types of milk :-
Soy milk
Almond milk
Condensed milk

What it looked like when it was frozen :-
The soy milk had froze but when you squeezed it, it helped develop back to liquid. Almond milk had the same procedure as the soy milk. Lastly condensed milk, it had no change except it going cold but other than that nothing changed.

Time taken to freeze :- Over an hour for all.

Conclusion :- Overall the one with the most liquid froze or were more solid than the others.

Science Experiment

Aim : Can we get water out of milk?

Equipment : Frying pan, and a spatula.

Prediction : What do you think will happen and why?
I think the milk will boil, then bubble up and lastly maybe dissolve.

Method : What do you think made the changes?
The milk started to boil then it started bubbling up then the centre was forming into powder as the outside was bubbling/boiling. It then started forming into powder or cream or it just descenecrates. As it changes the amount gets smaller, it also was burning as the heat was high.
