Expressive Writing

Learn : My learn while doing this writing is to use correct punctuation consistently, my learn is also to use interesting vocabulary and lastly is to make sure that all my sentences make sense.

That one person that gives you a different, special feeling, that feeling that you just can't describe, that feeling that all of a sudden your lost of words. Only that person can put a smile upon your face when no one else can. That person who can make your day with a simple smile or hello. That person who is the light of your day, gosh, I'm lucky to have this person in my life. When in pain that person makes it easier to bear, their words are just gobbsmackingly uplifting. Though this person is not always around they try their best to be, there's never a dull moment when we're together.

Oh how this person knows me to well, better than myself at times, this person is unbelievably different in many ways. Everyone has flaws especially this person but I won't list them because the list is endless as for their love, and compassion towards others. Many things hit me when I hear the name of this person, butterflies, a smile that causes my jaws to ache, and happiness.

Oh how this does not even begin to show/tell how lucky and thankful I am for this person.

  1. Hi Dawn,

I like your writing about this one 'special' person. I wonder who it is. This special person sounds so caring and unbelievably different from your other friends, that's cute.

  2. I think this piece of writing is good but next time I think I should try and use metaphors and statements to make my writing more interesting..
